Shipping Policy
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your items. Payment for shipping is collected with your purchase, and this will be the final price for shipping costs.
- Free Shipping: We offer free domestic shipping on orders over $35 (excluding sales tax).
- Processing and Delivery: Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment and shipped using standard shipping services from USPS, UPS, and Amazon Logistics. You can expect to receive your package within 3 to 5 days after it is in possession of the carrier.
Cancellation Policy
- Order Cancellations: If your order has not yet been processed by our logistics team, you may cancel it by contacting us as soon as possible via email at info@nicegummies.com.
- Refunds for Cancellations: Upon successful cancellation, we will issue a refund to your payment method immediately.
Returns and Refunds
- Return Window: You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition you received it. You must also include the order number or proof of purchase.
- Return Process: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method or issue store credit, as preferred. Refunds are typically processed within a few days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
- Shipping Costs for Returns: You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you use our shipping label, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
